today id like to take a minute and direct my attention to those of you who wish to know how to run your car subwoofers in home. i get many many requests on YouTube on how to do so, and here i will explain just how to do it. first off youll need a few things. to start with you'll need TWO stereo receiver's. one MUST have the RCA output terminal labeled "subwoofer out" or "sub pre-out". next you will need to have your woofers hooked up to your second receiver,as you'd normally hook up speakers. next thing you'll need is going to be a RCA mono to stereo splitter. this can be made or bought. it takes the subwoofer signal and will split it into two channels,Left and Right. these two RCA jacks will be plugged into your second receiver, which will be the one in which you have the subwoofers connected to. you may plug the two RCA jacks into any INPUT on the "sub woofer receiver" you'd like IE: DVD,CD,AUX etc.if you'd like to see a video demonstration of doing so please visit my channel on YouTube
